"I was inspired to start Olori by the beautiful cultures of my people. Growing up in Nigeria, I was always surrounded by traditional prints and textiles symbolic of deep roots and stories so dear to my people. I have always admired the art and craftsmanship behind them. By incorporating traditional African fabrics into contemporary designs, my mission is to invite people to experience the beauty of African cultures, giving them a place at the world stage and making them accessible to women all over the world."

The Olori Bags are all so well made with awesome attention to detail & absolutely beautiful fabrics!! The Tola Maiden Shoulder Bag in Brown was my 3rd Olori purchase. The colors are gorgeous & I love the tassel on the front! It’s nicely structured, which makes it easy to find what you’re looking for in the bag & its is much roomier inside than it looks like it, allows me to carry all my daily items. I love it so much I bought a second one for my 68yr old aunt for her birthday & she’s overjoyed with it! She has said she’ll be buying a variety items in the the various styles for both herself & as gifts for others! She’s a complete Olori convert! (If I’m able to post a picture with this review I’ll be including the picture shop posted on Instagram about her new bag. Don’t let the look on her face make you think she’s not happy, it just the face she makes whenever doing a selfie using the photo delay feature on her phone. LoL! (My first two were a “Stronger Together” purse charm & an Aso-Oke /Adunni gorgeous make-up back in the burgundy color-way.)
