Olori means “Queen” in the Yoruba language, which symbolizes every girl’s inherent worth, and an empowered woman. This underlies the vision behind the Olori brand, which is to leverage the beauty of Africa to empower women and underprivileged girls around the world.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free anywhere in the US for all orders over $150. For orders below $150, you will be able to calculate the shipping cost at checkout. For international shipping, we use FeDex, DHL, UPS & USPS and you will be able to calculate the cost of shipping on the check out page as well. You could also reach out to us to discuss alternative (& cheaper) international shipping methods.

How long do they take to ship?

If the products are in stock, they typically take 3-5 business days to arrive depending on your location. Allow one business day to pick and pack, and another few days to ship through USPS Priority Mail (or international shipping partners).

If products are in pre-order mode, shipping dates will be included on the product page.

How can I track my Olori shipment?

We will automatically email you tracking information when your orders ship

Can I exchange or return my products?

Yes, you can! Send us an email at with your order number as the email subject and ask for a return or exchange. We will come back to you with simple instructions on how to return your products. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.

(Please don’t send the products back until you get our instructions, as they will likely get lost if we don’t know they’re coming!)

How long do refunds take to process?

This varies on your payment provider, but it will typically be returned within 7-10 days.

Can I apply more than one discount code?

You can only use one discount code per order. You will not be able to apply more than one discount code to an order

Where do you ship to?

We ship all over the world. Within the United States, we use USPS for our shipping needs, and we use FeDex, DHL, UPS and USPS for shipping internationally. (Before selecting USPS for international shipping, please ensure that your domestic shipping network is credible, to ensure your shipping does not get lost in the mail after USPS hands it over to your national shipping organization)

Does my purchase empower girls & women?

Your purchase helps support the artisans we work with as well as providing educational support to underprivileged girls. For every bag sold, we pay for one month of tuition fees for a young girl and for every other product sold, we pay for one week of tuition fees for a long girl. Through your purchase, you give a girl the chance at a better future. 

What currencies do you accept?

Our products are priced in USD. We accept any currencies available through our credit card service providers, as well as PayPal and Amazon Pay.

Can you tell me more about your 1 Year Limited Warranty Policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products and are happy to offer a one year limited warranty on all of our bags.

Olori will cover defects in materials and workmanship on all of our bags purchased through our website ( or our pop-ups and directly owned retail stores. We ask that you provide a copy of your purchase receipt or online order confirmation number; if you are unable to provide proof of purchase, we will request your name and/or email address to look up your purchase in our system.

Under this warranty, if our products are defective in materials or workmanship, we will work with you to repair the bag with a local professional cobbler and reimburse you for the cost with a receipt. If we cannot repair the product, we will replace it.

If the style of the merchandise is no longer available, we will replace the product with product similar in style. Defective products are not returned to the customer.

This warranty does not cover damage from accidents, fire, flood, or other natural disasters, cleaning products or chemicals, contact with sharp or abrasive objects, human fluids, stains or spills, pet damage, misuse, normal wear & tear, or from any other service/alteration made by any other party.

In order to have your bag repaired or replaced under our warranty, please email our Customer Service at . Also make sure to include your order number, and photos of the product including the front, back, sides, bottom, and interior of your bag.

Once we review your request, we will contact you within 3 business days with the next steps in the process.
